With our Annual & Summer passes, you and a little one can say goodbye to boredom and hello to unlimited playtime, all under the watchful eye of our friendly and professional staff.
Whether it’s a rainy morning, a scorching summer afternoon, or a regular weekday, our passes provide endless smiles and laughter.
A variety of passes will be available throughout the year.
Play entry Monday to Friday 9:30am to 3:30pm
One adult & one child free per Pass

Annual & Summer Passes
All sessions must be booked online at www.funzonehatfield.co.uk. Only one forward play session can be booked in the system.
One adult & one child free per Annual or Summer Pass. Additional adults & children must be booked/paid for.
Additional children can be added to any pass. Please email funzone@hatfield-herts.gov.uk for more information.
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel bookings.
Play entry Monday-Friday only.
Special events (e.g. FunZone parties) not included.
Management reserves the right to cancel any booking should problems arise within the FunZone or the building.
The standard FunZone Terms & Conditions apply whilst in the centre.
Childminder Discounts
Childminders need to be registered with a governing body.
Childminders need to complete our registration form and paperwork.
We require a photo of the childminder.
You will receive an email with your discount code.
MAXIMUM OF FOUR CHILDREN
You will receive 10% off your booking.
Babies under 6 months are free.
Adults £2.50 per visit.
The card is restricted to 1 x 90 minute play session per day.
Not to be used in conjunction with any other cards or offers with Hatfield Town Council.

Carer will be required to purchase a standard adult ticket, which can be refunded.
Proof of carer status will be requested on arrival. This can be a copy of your award letter for the disability living allowance or attendance allowance, a copy of your blue badge, a copy of your DB8 certificate for being registered blind or partially sighted, your NHS battery book for the hearing impaired or a valid Carers Passport.
