FunZone daytime bookings can be placed via our website or at our front desk.

Walk-ins are subject to availability.
Play Sessions are available Monday to Friday 9:30am – 3:30pm only.
A height restriction of 1.52M (5 ft) applies.
Get ready for 90 minutes of laughter, joy, and endless fun!
Our extensive soft play structure is carefully designed to inspire your little ones to explore, climb, slide, and discover in a safe and vibrant play area. Plus, we have a dedicated space exclusively for babies and toddlers, safely away from all the hustle and bustle of the main play structure.
To ensure everyone’s enjoyment, each booking must have an accompanying adult, with a maximum of 4 children per 1 adult.
Whether it’s your child’s first soft play experience or a regular visit, brace yourselves for an unforgettable adventure! Beaming smiles and contagious laughter will echo as your little adventurers dive into the magic of the FunZone.

Session Timetable
9.30am – 11.00am
11.15am - 12.45pm
1.00pm - 2.30pm
2.45pm - 3.30pm
45 minute session – £1 discount for child entry.
If you wish to extend your playtime beyond 90 minutes, you are welcome to book a second session!
Please exit the play structure and wait in our seating area while we conduct essential safety checks before your next session begins.
Daytime Play Information
All bookings must have an accompanying adult. Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
Maximum 4 children per 1 adult
Booking numbers and details will be checked on arrival
The structure is not suitable for children over 12 years of age
The Rainbow Slide is available during parties and school holidays, and may open during daytime sessions on request.
All customers must wear socks within the play frame
Parties are not permitted during the day.
Our Private Party sessions start from 4.00pm Monday to Friday and from 10am on weekends.
For Seasonal events decorations may be used by the Town Council within The FunZone.
No cake is permitted in the FunZone during the day.
Any booking which appears to be a party will be asked to leave.
No alcohol is allowed on the premises.
We have a Coffee Kiosk on-site offering hot drinks, cold drinks and confectionery.
You may bring your own food. We ask that you only eat food at your table and do not take food into the play area. Food may only be consumed in the FunZone and not in the coffee kiosk seating area. Food debris needs to be picked up when finished.

Cancellation and Refunds Policy – Daytime Sessions
No refunds will be given on unattended bookings or booking errors
If you are unable to attend your booking, you can change the date/time by clicking on “manage your booking” in your order confirmation email. This feature will not work if the session has already started.
